About the Practice
ACE Senior Care is a geriatric care management business in the North Shore of Chicago that opened in 2020. As senior citizens age and health needs grow and become more complicated, families can hire a Geriatric Care Manager (GCM) to help.
Their Challenge
Competition for Geriatric Care Managers is fierce. Referrals from friends, family, and other professionals drive most new client flow. Direct online accounts for the rest. Regardless of the source, it's very common for prospective clients to check out ACE online to learn more about them. If they like what they see, they'll schedule a call. ACE's online presence had some significant gaps.
The Solution
ACE hired us in 2022 to help generate more leads in ACE’s service area. We built out ACE's online presence with our Healthcare Local Marketing Foundations service, our social media service, our email marketing service to send a monthly newsletter, and we made significant website updates when we started together in 2022. As of November 2025, ACE continues to be a client.
Since we started working together in 2022:
ACE has confirmed repeatedly that most new clients come from being found on Google. In 2023 ACE hired another Geriatric Care Manager to keep up with increased demand, and in 2025 ACE is looking at further expansion.
