About the Practice
Children’s Healthcare Associates (CHA) is a pediatrics practice in Chicagoland with two offices (one in the north side of Chicago and one in a northern suburb), ten MDs and two NPs. CHA originally opened in the 1980s. The founder was very well known locally. Over the years the practice grew and always had a great clinical reputation.
Their Challenge
The founder retired in the early 2000s. While the practice continued to do well, more competition opened up – both private practices and hospital-based. Those competitors did more marketing and grabbed more attention than CHA. As a result, CHA wasn't getting as many new patients as their schedules allowed.
The Solution
CHA hired us in early 2022 to close the marketing gap and help them return to growth. We implemented our Healthcare SEO Jumpstart service and added email marketing. We made significant website updates: first in 2022 to reorganize content to make it more friendly to parents, and again in 2025 to modernize the design. As of November, 2025 CHA continues to be a client.
