Dr. Naik is a Board-certified emergency medicine physician. She is also certified by the Institute Functional Medicine and the Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine. After practicing acute care medicine at the busiest trauma centers in New York, she pursued Holistic Medicine for her own healing journey. She has practiced Isha yoga meditation for over a decade and has a deep understanding of eastern healing traditions like Ayurveda and herbal medicine. Her practice, Spectrum Integrative Health, focuses on blending ancient healing modalities with evidence-based western medicine to help people heal with various conditions.
